- What payment methods do you accept?
- All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We accept all major credit and debit cards, plus any payment method supported by Stripe in your region, including digital wallets and local payment options.
- Can I change plans later?
- Absolutely! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from your account settings. Upgrades take effect immediately, while downgrades apply at the start of your next billing cycle.
- What happens if I exceed my link limit?
- You'll receive a notification when you're approaching your limit. You can either upgrade to a higher tier or archive older links to stay within your plan. We won't disable your links, but you won't be able to create new ones until you upgrade or free up space.
- Do you offer refunds?
- We don't offer refunds on paid plans since we provide a fully functional Free plan that lets you test all core features before upgrading. We encourage you to explore Mue with our Free plan to ensure it meets your needs before committing to a paid subscription.
- What's included in the Free plan?
- The Free plan includes up to 25 branded links, basic analytics, QR codes, and our Chrome extension. It's perfect for personal use or testing Mue before upgrading to unlock advanced features like custom domains and team collaboration.
- How does the Chrome extension relate to pricing?
- Our Chrome extension is completely free for all users, regardless of your plan tier. You can create and manage links directly from your browser, with access to the same features as your plan allows.
